What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager Corporate Development position at ServiceNow?
NOTE While we are open to remote work the preference is to have this role based in the Bay Area or in New York.
What you get to do in this role :
- Partner with business unit leaders on strategy development including identifying product gaps evaluating build / buy / partner options and collaborating on target selection criteria
- Research new markets identify key trends and translate data into actionable insights
- Work with business unit leaders to evaluate inbound investment / M&A opportunities
- Support investment / M&A opportunities through execution negotiation and due diligence including financial modeling and valuation
- Quarterback postacquisition integration planning / execution and investment monitoring
- Develop network of industry contacts venture capital firms and investment banking / advisory executives to increase ServiceNows ability to identify and source opportunities
- Routinely make strategic recommendations and contribute to the teams thought leadership on inorganic growth

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $135300 $236800 plus equity (when applicable) variable / incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
