Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Inside / OSP Manager to oversee and manage inside and outside plant (OSP) operations for telecommunications infrastructure. This role involves overseeing teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and ensuring that all OSP systems and equipment are functioning correctly and efficiently.
What You Will Do :
- Manage the inside and outside plant (OSP) teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of telecommunications infrastructure.
- Oversee the planning, installation, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment and systems, including fiber optic cables, copper lines, and coaxial cables.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and DoD security requirements.
- Manage schedules, resources, and team members to ensure the successful delivery of OSP projects.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors and internal teams, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of OSP systems to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership and technical expertise to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with industry standards.
