DAY-TO-DAY FOR A PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
As a Production Coordinator, your responsibilities will encompass scheduling and organizing all construction and project activities. You will work closely with the project manager to monitor project costs and forecast expenses, ensuring adherence to budget parameters. Additionally, you will manage the processing of invoices, contracts, and warranties from initiation to completion for each project. Your role will also involve maintaining effective communication with clients and team members, tracking project progress, and providing updates across various channels, including phone, email, and text.
YOUR SCHEDULE
You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in a construction or a service-related company
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Google Drive
- Experience working in Acculynx or other similar software
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
- Ability to work in various weather conditions as well as work at a desk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing 50 pounds or more

- Basic understanding of exterior construction and the ability to speak with customers confidently is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to speak additional languages, especially Spanish, would be a plus
- Leadership skills, positive attitude, friendly, and personable
