What are the responsibilities and job description for the PRODUCTION SANITATION SPECIALIST (ENCAPSULATION) position at Premium Production?

Located in Hildale and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Production Sanitation Specialist (Encapsulation).
You will routinely operate, disassemble, clean, sanitize, reassemble, and stage the encapsulation and capsule polisher machines.
What you will do:
- Understand machine parts, components, and tools
- Maintain an organized and sterilized working environment
- Prepare auxiliary equipment and encapsulation room for production
- Troubleshoot and report machine issues as needed
- Accurately document and record your operations
- Follow and ensure cGMP and company standards
What we prefer you to bring:

- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
- The ability to lift at least 50 lbs or more

- Chemical use, sanitation, and cGMP knowledge
What you must bring:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- 1 years of experience in sanitizing food or dietary supplement facilities
- Maintenance skills for equipment like grinders, hopper elevators, and blend totes
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
