Located in Hildale and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Manufacturing Sanitation Manager.
You will manage the sanitation of cGMP and quality control (QC) machines, tools, and production rooms.
What you will do :
- Enforce safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
- Ensure correct disassembly and sanitation of machines
- Oversee cleaning in place (CIP) processes
- Document cleaning in place (CIP) standard operating procedures (SOPs) and optimize for efficiency
- Understand, operate, and train team members on specialized machines
- Ensure proper machine assembly and preparation for production
- Troubleshoot, report, and document machine issues
- Manage a small team and collaborate across departments
- Assist team members with responsibilities as needed
- Set team and individual goals
- Train team members as needed
