We are looking for a dedicated professional to serve as the Behavioral Programming Lead at A Step Up Academy. This role involves working closely with our education and therapeutic teams to conduct and/or oversee all behavior programming initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the implementation of behavior programs to ensure best practices are always implemented and performance measures are being met.
- Leading a team environment with a strong focus on culture.
- Providing supervision experience hours for BCaBA and BCBA candidates.
