The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Education in the area of Applied Behavior Analysis, current BCBA certification, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of behavioral support practice.
- Conduct and/or oversee all behavior programming to ensure best Behavioral practices are always implemented and to ensure that performance measures are being met.
- Plan for, manage, oversee, and participate in crisis management situations in accordance with ASUA and legal requirements.
