We are seeking a Front office manager to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions, while greeting customers both in person and over the phone, in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
· Draft correspondences (text, email and fax) to customers, staff and vendors.
· Plan and schedule appointments for events and daily appointments for sales team as needed.
· Greet and assist onsite guests
· Answer inbound telephone calls and place outbound calls to customers, staff and vendors
· Implement organized filing systems as requested and utilize existing systems.
· Perform all other office tasks, including checking and cleaning jewelry, taking payments and processing sales transactions and assisting with customers and projects as needed.
Register and process claims for Lifetime Care plan purchases and claims
Keep front office clean and tidy. Restock items used in front office as needed.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
