Job description
We are looking to hire an Office Manager/Receptionist to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization, reporting to the owner, overseeing client files and keeping information up to date.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client records and information
- Maintain lobby and bathroom tidiness
- Collect monthly tuition
- Complete daily and monthly tasks
- Keep clients informed with gym happenings
- Schedule staff for birthday parties
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, custodial duties, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 4pm - 8:30pm & Saturday 9am - 1pm
