Responsibilities:
* Provide last-minute coverage for vacations, vacancies, and other staffing needs.
* Respond promptly to call-outs and arrive at assigned locations on time.
* Maintain a visible and professional presence to deter crime and ensure safety.
* Conduct patrols, monitor surveillance equipment, and control access points.
* Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and efficient manner.
* Write detailed and accurate incident reports.
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
* Follow all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
* Valid Florida Security Officer "D" License (required).
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
* Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
* Prior security experience preferred.
* Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
