Key Responsibilities of the Customer Outreach Representative:
- Listen actively to customers, identify their needs, and make personalized recommendations with the goal of enrolling them in new services
- Gather feedback on customer satisfaction, recording valuable insights to improve service offerings
- Build rapport by providing consistent, personalized service and recognizing opportunities to upsell
- Update and maintain accurate customer records of sales and interactions
- Identify and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop outreach strategies aimed at improving customer retention and satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends, sales, competitors, and customer preferences to better address inquiries and offer good insights
Qualifications for a Customer Outreach Representative:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related field preferred
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A professional and confident demeanor with the ability to to represent both our clients and company within the community
- The ability to stand for long periods of time
