We are looking for a customer service representative to connect with our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer questions, helping customers solve challenges, and providing potential customers with the information they need. You may also direct calls to sales agents when a policy needs to be purchased or upgraded.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Familiarize yourself with our range of products, services, and systems.
- Provide customers with detailed information about policies and products, and recommendations.
- Answer calls and respond to customer concerns.
- Gather the information and risk management recommendations, renewal of designated accounts, and assist Producer(s) as needed. .
QUALIFICATIONS:
- English - Spanish fluency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High-level typing skills
- Advanced knowledge of telephone and call forwarding systems
- Willing to study for and pass the insurance licensing exam if we provide you the training
- Previous experience working as a customer service representative.
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Big plus:
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules
- Ability to clearly explain detailed policy concepts
