Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:
- Payment Processing: Monitor and process incoming payments, including checks, credit card payments, and bank transfers.
- Collections: Follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices and work with them to resolve any discrepancies.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries regarding their accounts and resolve billing issues in a professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions, invoices, and payments in accounting software.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teammates to resolve billing issues and maintain accurate records.
Self Storage Facility Manager Responsibilities:
- Facility Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the self-storage facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for all customers.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, concerns, and inquiries regarding storage units, rates, and availability.
- Lease Management: Process new leases and ensure compliance with company policies, including renewals and cancellations.
