Full-Time At Home Customer Service Rep

Position: Customer Service Agent

Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Pay: $12/hr to start, with increases throughout the first year, transitioning to a performance-based model

Location: Remote (Available for residents of WI, IA, and TN)

Requirements:

• One weekend day REQUIRED
• Must be able to attend full-time day training

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers by answering questions and inquiries about products and services.
• Troubleshoot issues and address questions related to orders placed by customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service.
• Complete after-call information and data entry to the system.

Qualifications:

• 1 years’ experience in a Customer Service role.
• Must currently reside in the following states: WI, IA, and TN
• Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired.
• High School Diploma.
