We are hiring a Project Accountant for a growing midsize construction company in the southwest metro . The Project Accountant will will be part of a collaborative environment. The role will offer an opportunity to learn and expand your accounting knowledge.
As Project Accountant, you will be responsible for :
- Tracking and documenting construction projects
- Responsible for billing of each project
- Perform variance analysis of cost vs budget, review line items to determine possible changes to the order
- Assist with month end close, journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Make bank deposits, assist with Accounts Receivable, and provide support to Accounts Payable as needed
