Responsibilities
- Achieve goals and measureables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency as well as from your natural market.
- Ensure that the A Warmath Insurace Group Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
- Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
- Responsible for accurate underwriting.
- Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.
- Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.
Requirements
- Must be available 8:30AM to 5:30PM CST
- Must have a valid Texas Property and Casualty license to sell insurance or a resident license in the state you live in if outside of Texas (non-resident TX license not required to interview).
- MUST have 2 years experience selling P&C Insurance in a Captive Agency Setting in order to be considered for fully remote.
- Strong interest in a sales career successful sales experience required.
- Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
- Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary : $60,000 - $115,000
