This department plays a crucial role in supporting customers who are facing financial difficulties and require our bank's assistance. The difference you’ll make. •Collaborating with a dynamic team to drive the transformation of Financial Support IT •Managing and overseeing multiple projects to ensure the successful delivery of products and services •Leveraging your expertise to maintain and enhance our digital solutions. •Working closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and align project objectives •Contributing to the overall success of the department and the bank What you’ll bring. •Individual: Energy & Passion of working collaboratively to deliver via a variety of delivery approaches and techniques •Collaboration: Understanding of the importance of inter-team collaboration in breaking down silos and achieving business results; ability to lead employees from various functions to communicate, coordinate work across divisions, create accountability, and collaborate in solving problems as one team •Cross-Team Integration - Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organise, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilisation of technical and administrative to achieve project objectives •Project Management: Demonstrable experience in delivering complex IT projects around transformation & migration activities •Agile Methodologies: Demonstrable knowledge of concept and principles of agile methodology; ability to apply appropriate agile approaches in the processes of with software development & CI/CD practices It would also be nice for you to have. •Strong communication skills and adaptive approach to communicating to peers, technical teams, and senior stakeholders and Agile Certification •Pragmatic and dogged determination to identify the relevant teams, stakeholders, and technology stacks, to ensure a consolidated view of required activities can be identified and managed across the lifecycle •Knowledge of API/Microservices & App Development •Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) & how to leverage their reporting capabilities What else you need to know. This role is based at Unity Place- Milton Keynes and you will be expected to spend 40% of your time in this office and is a permanent position.
