What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field (preferred).

Previous experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant HR software.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion.

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
