Full-Time & Part-Time Positions available: Seeking one or more qualified individuals with business administration, digital marketing, and light book-keeping skills to serve as an Office coordinator and/or manager for a banquet and conference center and a civil engineering consulting firm (small business consortium).
General responsibilities would include routine front desk responsibilities, events planning and coordination, traditional and digital marketing, light bookkeeping and record keeping, and general office duties. Cheerful, diligent, dedicated and qualified individuals able to work independently and collectively to run the operations smooth are highly valued. This multi-tasked position has great potential for advancement in career and growth with the business. Hours between 20 to 45 a week.
Desired Qualifications:
1. Degree or College Education in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Management, Commerce, Engineering, or other related fields.
2. Good customer service, networking, and marketing skills on social media, search engines, and other platforms.
3. Proficiency in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher.
4. Reasonably skilled with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and WordPress for blogging.
Desired Skills:
1. Professionalism in Customer services
2. Excellent speaking and writing communication skills in local english dialect
3.Multitasking with attention to details
4.Working knowledge of WordPress for the purposes of Web Site updates and Blogging.
5. Digital marketing
6. Knowledge and experience of QuickBooks Pro for APs, ARs, and Light accounting.
7. Valid driver license without any major criminal violations or convictions.
Salary:
Full-time: Annual $30K to $40k depending on credentials. Part-time positions also available on an hourly basis.
