A1 Garage Door Services is seeking a Membership Coordinator Supervisor to oversee and manage our membership programs. This role is critical in ensuring our valued member customers receive a seamless experience through accurate agreement management, proactive service coordination, and efficient billing oversight. The Membership Coordinator will work closely with multiple departments, including Dispatch, Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), and direct employees, to maintain and improve membership processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Audit newly sold membership agreements for accuracy and make necessary corrections to customer records.
Correct and maintain existing membership records.
Maintain a thorough understanding of membership program details and ensure compliance with company standards.
Monitor the Recurring Services queue to ensure member customers receive their entitled yearly services on time.
Work proactively to minimize delays and resolve scheduling conflicts in partnership with the Dispatch team.
Collaborate with team members to oversee the accurate and timely billing of membership accounts.
Address and resolve any billing discrepancies or customer inquiries related to membership charges.
Partner with Dispatch to align service schedules with member entitlements.
Work closely with CSRs to address customer concerns and ensure a positive experience for all members.
Conduct weekly 1 : 1 meetings with employees to review performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster engagement and job satisfaction.
Provide regular updates to management regarding membership program performance and key metrics.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in customer service, account management, or related roles
Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory or lead role
Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM systems; familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
Familiarity with garage door services or similar trade industries is a plus

Compensation Range : $55K - $75K
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
