The Membership Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Membership Team with all member initiatives. This role involves assisting in servicing members, retaining existing ones, and supporting initiatives to enhance the overall member experience.
What You’ll Do
Respond to all member text messages.
Greet members at The Grill front desk
Direct members and assist with entry to The Grill during high traffic times
Support private events as directed by membership team
Check the membership email inbox daily and respond appropriately to all inquiries
Maintain member feedback log
Assist in maintaining membership database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Respond promptly to member inquiries and feedback.
Generate reports on membership trends, demographics, and engagement.
Provide exceptional customer service to club members.
Relay member concerns to Membership Manager and ensure a positive member experience.
Assist Membership Manager in sending member statements and working to remedy any statement issues.
Manage outreach initiatives like birthdays and anniversaries.
Reach out to prospective members via phone to confirm meetings and ensure they have a seamless experience arriving on property.
Highlight and promote the various benefits and amenities available to club members.
Analyze membership data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Administer the organization of all member files.
Assist with new member welcome gifts and ordering.
Track inventories for new member welcome gifts.
Welcome guests at membership front desk.
Assist with general administrative duties.
Perform additional duties as required by your manager.
Assist with management of Club's app and member portal.
Ability to work flexible schedule.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
**Work Thursday/Friday - Monday, including nights
Proven experience in membership management or a related role in hospitality
Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
Excellent communication and writing skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with MS Office
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Highly proficient in computer knowledge with an ability to quickly learn new technologies
