- Ensure the safety and comfort of residents by adhering to resident rights and privacy standards.
- Assist individuals with disabilities by providing tailored support that encourages independence.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client conditions to appropriate personnel.
Experience
- Previous experience in a nursing home or group home setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols and first aid practices is beneficial.
