Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support to the Vice President, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized office records.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for new and existing customers, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Coordinate meetings, including logistics such as room reservations and materials preparation.
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure a smooth workflow within the department.
- Utilize tools like DocuSign for document management and electronic signatures.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing various administrative functions.
Experience
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in an executive administrative support role is preferred.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Experience in customer service roles is a plus, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
