Job Summary
Install position must have tools and experience with office furniture installation. Must be able to follow the lead installers instructions, read detailed prints showing the furniture set up. Quality installation is expected. Transportation to and from jobsites.
The Lead Installer is responsible for overseeing installation projects from start to finish, ensuring that all installations are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of installers while maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders. The Lead Installer will utilize technical expertise and problem-solving skills to address any challenges that arise during the installation process. Leads may also be required to install as well. Transportation to and from jobsites.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of installation teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Review project plans and specifications to understand installation requirements.
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine the best installation practices.
- Utilize tools.
- Train and mentor team members on installation techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, including materials used and time spent on each project.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the installation process.

- Proficient in using an ohmmeter for electrical testing and troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams effectively.
