Job Duties
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules for the Flood Control District's projects in accordance with its scheduling procedures.
- Work with the Flood Control District staff, engineering firms, and construction contractors' project schedulers to establish a framework in which to integrate / create their schedules into the master project schedule as needed.
- Perform schedule analysis of all assigned projects as per the Flood Control District's scheduling standards and routinely conduct meetings to resolve issues that impact project delivery.
- Produce layouts and reports for stakeholders when needed for continuous monitoring and progress of the Flood Control District's projects.
- Conduct desk-side mentoring as needed for project managers and other project support staff in their respective roles regarding the District's scheduling standards.
- Assist with business processes and policy development for continuous improvement initiatives.
