What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Appliance Installer position at A1A Installations LLC?
We our looking for a Lead Driver/ Appliance Installer! Installing washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, and furniture, for our customer's homes/businesses. No Experience-We're willing to train you on the job! Have relevant experience-Earn extra pay and learn how to do things the A1A way!
Duties
- - Deliver/Install appliances and furniture in customer home/business
- - Lifting 50 lbs with assistance of dolly and/or shoulder straps
- - Ensure positive customer experience by addressing all concerns
- - Customer service is a must.
- -Ensure product is damage-free and in showroom condition
- -Operate a 26ft box truck as you travel from location to location
- -Wear proper PPE where and when it is required
- -Perform basic installations with the willingness to learn more complex products
- -Handle all documentation for each stop along the route, with use of smartphone
Requirements
- - Knowledge or willingness to learn basic appliance installations- refrigerators, ranges, washer, and dryer
- - Knowledge of use of various hand and power tools (impact, drill, channel lock pliers, etc)
- -Valid drivers license and experience driving a 26ft box truck
- - Strong customer service skills to interact with customers effectively
- - Time management skills- A sense of urgency is a must
Pay Structure
-BIWEEKLY PAY
-DRIVERS/LEADS: Competitive Salary-Depending on Experience

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
