Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a clear and informative manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and implementing solutions.
Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the system.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals and metrics.
Build rapport and trust with customers by actively listening and providing tailored assistance.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly tone.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with call center software and platforms.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
PAYRATE: $19.21 - $33.81 Hourly
