Our client is a leading construction and design engineering firm specializing in innovative solutions for infrastructure and commercial projects. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Transformation Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and drive transformative projects across our organization.

Position Overview :

The Transformation Project Manager will be responsible for managing and executing strategic transformation projects that align with the company’s long-term goals. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, change management skills, and industry-specific knowledge in construction and design engineering. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex projects, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering results that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage complex transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Leads entire projects , solving advanced problems and guiding the team, may include responsibilities related to developing managers.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, design, finance, and IT.
• Drive the adoption of new processes, technologies, and best practices across the organization.
• Monitor project progress, performance, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
• Identify and address project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
• Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate project outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement and lessons learned.
