Our client's business is established for many years and posited for tremendous growth, and we are currently seeking a talented, energetic, and forward-thinking Administrative Assistant! The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing HR-related duties and works closely with a remote HR Manager to create a cohesive, positive & successful working environment. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: aide with employee relations, training, performance management, recruitment, on boarding, and employment law compliance.
Essential Functions:
- Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls as needed.
- Order Entry and Data Entry as needed on various jobs or projects.
- Assist the General Manager with assigned projects.
- Various AP and AR duties are needed to assist Corporate.
- Maintain all interoffice filing.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail accordingly, along with some domestic shipping.
- Assist Corporate HR department by handling all PTO requests, processing new hire and termination paperwork, and approving all weekly timecards. Do pre-employment and post-accident drug testing.
- Any other duties assigned by management.

- Able to work well with remote management

- Strong relationship skills - ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills - ability to change direction with minimal notice.
- Excellent technical skills - Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Office
. Must be bilingual - English and Spanish
- Well-spoken and able to write and document clearly and concisely.
- Ability to balance needs of staff while focusing on company goals and objectives.
- This person must have high energy and understand the confidence and discretion necessary in an HR role.
