Job Type: Full Time
Pay Rate: $18 / hr
Shift: Monday - Friday, 6am - Job is done, Saturday OT is Mandatory.
A2Z Staffing is actively seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) lumpers for a large, busy tire warehouse in South Phoenix. This is a physical role with mandatory overtime opportunities. Punctuality and reliability are must-haves for this position.
In this role, you will:
- Report to lead person at beginning of shift for production schedule.
- Load and unload tires
- Order picking / order selecting
- Attendance and punctuality are VITAL
- Contribute to safety culture, obey all safety policies and operating procedures
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 80 pounds
- Work on feet for extended periods of time

- Must Pass E-Verify
- Must Pass a Background check (not a felon friendly job)
- Must Pass a 10 panel drug screen (THC is included)
- Must be able to lift, pivot, turn & move up to 80-pound tires throughout your shift
- Must be able to report to your shift on time and work the entire shift
- Must have steel toed boots or steel toed shoes
- Must be able to work flexible shifts (overtime is mandatory when necessary)
- Must be bilingual
- Must be able to be at work each day you are schedule and be on time
Salary : $18
