We’re growing again and need a Vendor Integration Specialist to join our team!
A2Z Sync is a disruptor in the automotive industry—transforming the sales process into a transparent experience for customers and providing the tools necessary for dealers to transact.
Overview
A2Z’s integration specialists are responsible for managing the implementation activities related to the integration of our applications and their operating environment. Team members in this position will assess the integration connections, manage those connections, and provide ongoing support & maintenance of the established connections. Integration Specialists will develop procedure documentation and maintain communications with our third-party vendors, product, and project stakeholders.
Our office is located in the Denver Tech Center (DTC) in Greenwood Village, CO, but this position can be 100% remote. You’ll be expected to be available during core “office hours”, which are based on US Mountain Time.
Responsibilities:
- Define data requirements and implement integrations between A2Z and our vendor partners.
- Analyze data requirements, map data fields, and configure synchronization processes.
- Coordinate activities of data integrations by leading working sessions to troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance.
- Manage all vendor communication.
- Monitor and provide progress updates to integration change management.
- Analyze integration processes and resolve issues or data discrepancies.
- Implement security measures and adhere to compliance standards.
- Create documentation, provide training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on integration functionality.
- Maintain complete understanding of the software elements and methodologies.
- Utilize Monday and other tools to provide visibility into planned and ongoing work.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 3 years of project management and working knowledge of APIs
- Experience writing/reading SQL Queries and Stored Procedures
- API, Java, HTML, CSS experience
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and risk management.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timeline.
- Ability to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and cultivate partnerships with A2Z customers, our technology partners, and internal business partners.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize deliverables and drive to solutions.
- Ability to balance business and technical objectives when making decisions.
