Qualities we are searching for in a great Window Cleaning Technician are: Honesty, dependability, loyalty, attention to detail, a great positive personality, a learning and serving heart, and someone who loves to get out around town and do some fun work with a great team.
We typically focus on cleaning windows for the Tucson, Arizona residential market. You will also clean various businesses on a monthly basis. Some work may even take you out of town to Sahuarita, Oro Valley, Vail, or other surrounding areas.
You do not need any previous experience, only a desire to learn, put in a hard day's work for great pay, and a humble spirit to serve our clients. You may have to work with others at first but eventually this position will require a lot of independent work. Our work is part-time and the schedule depends on the seasonality of window cleaning and the schedule availability of our clients. As we move along, we can adjust future scheduling around times that work best for you and our clients.
Initially your pay will be hourly but may later be commission based leading toward the $20-$30/hr range as you improve your skill and job proficiency. The potential to make even more with bonuses will come with your ability to sell our company to potential clients.
