Network Support Technician -Must be flexible to travel as needed
100% onsite - Princeton, IN
Prepare and install Cisco Switches for replacement or expansion projects
Troubleshoot IP connectivity, network performance, and VLAN issues in combination with Nagios.
- Activate ports and assign machines to appropriate VLANS and static IP’s.
Work with large teams to provide high-level network operational support for a large enterprise network
Onsite support for troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment for Business and Mission Critical applications
Upgrade code and configuration on production network devices to make them compliant with current network standards
Inventory hardware and create network / cable diagrams.
Monitor and manage network devices
Pinpointed routing fault and identified missing voice VLAN on switches.
Provided desktop support to 500 internal users adding computers to domain, and troubleshooting various wireless issues, VPN, and software issues.
Client-side support : PC HW / SW installation and troubleshooting, Printers, Bar code scanners, Video conference, mobile computing, and communication devices.
Provide local coordination, installation and ongoing support of various Toyota proprietary Manufacturing, Administrative computer systems, and applications for production and assembly line users.
Coordination with Regional / Local IS teams and 3rd party vendors to support IS projects, incidents and requests.
Experience in Active Directory management and Group Policy
Updating software and firmware with latest security patches on network resources.
Experience on AirWatch / Azure iPhone support.
Activating CISCO VOIP through Call Manage
