Maintenance Technician - Production Support
This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment and ensuring smooth operations across electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting and repairing CNC mills, conveyors, automation systems, and robotic equipment while following safety protocols and maintenance procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair various production equipment, including 3-axis CNC mills, conveyors, automation systems, and robotic machinery.
- Utilize troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
- Work from technical drawings, schematics, equipment specifications, and electrical diagrams to guide repairs and modifications.
- Assist in sourcing and researching replacement parts as needed.
- Conduct preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance following scheduled work orders.
- Read and interpret operating procedures, maintenance instructions, safety regulations, blueprints, and electrical diagrams.
- Document maintenance activities through logs, charts, and other reporting tools to ensure clear communication within the team.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace by adhering to established procedures, regulations, and best practices.
