Maintenance Technician – Production Support
Position Overview
This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment and ensuring smooth operations across electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems . The ideal candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting and repairing CNC mills, conveyors, automation systems, and robotic equipment while following safety protocols and maintenance procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair various production equipment, including 3-axis CNC mills, conveyors, automation systems, and robotic machinery.
- Utilize troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
- Work from technical drawings, schematics, equipment specifications, and electrical diagrams to guide repairs and modifications.
- Assist in sourcing and researching replacement parts as needed.
- Conduct preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance following scheduled work orders.
- Read and interpret operating procedures, maintenance instructions, safety regulations, blueprints, and electrical diagrams.
- Document maintenance activities through logs, charts, and other reporting tools to ensure clear communication within the team.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace by adhering to established procedures, regulations, and best practices.
