What are the responsibilities and job description for the Documentation Specialist - Jr Level position at A3 Technology, Inc.?
A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a junior level Documentation Specialist to join our Cybersecurity group. The Documentation Specialist will review submitted documents for accuracy and completeness and communicate feedback as necessary.
This position is 100% onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that privacy related documents for systems entering an authorization are completed and submitted for adjudication in accordance with the Authorization and Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) Schedule.
- Review System Owner submitted privacy documents and related artifacts for completeness and accuracy and provide feedback/recommendation as required.
- Ensure that privacy documentation delivery meets established schedules and/or deadlines.
- Assist in the tracking of all privacy documentation submittal to the office and report any potential delay in the adjudication of the documents.
- Assist in the development of weekly report on PTA and privacy activities/status.
- Ensure that the SharePoint Privacy site is updated on a weekly basis and that users are aware of how to find their documents.
Skills Required:
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Self-motivated to take ownership of projects.
Skills Preferred:
- Experience supporting document management.
- Experience generating and updating weekly reports.
- Experience collaborating with peer and client teams.
Education:
- HS Diploma and 0-2 years of experience.
Additionally, US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must. Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance. Verification of past employment, education and references is also required. It is imperative that candidates be either a US citizen or a current green card holder with the last 3 consecutive years as a resident of the US.
