A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a Microsoft Defender Specialist to join our Infrastructure Support team. The Specialist will assist the IT Endpoint Protection Team implementing the Microsoft Defender solution and supporting the transition to emerging Microsoft technologies. This position is 95% telework.
This position can be located in Oklahoma City, Ok, Egg Harbor Township, NJ or Fort Worth, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Support the IT Endpoint Protection team primarily responsible for BitLocker Encryption and the Microsoft Defender Suite including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE), Microsoft Defender for Office (MDO), Defender Cloud Apps (MDCA) and Mobile Threat Defender (MTD).
- Maintain agent handlers, repositories, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 Defender and Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps.
- Support the transition to emerging Microsoft technologies.
- Implement the Microsoft Defender solution including MDE, MDO, MDCA and MTD.
- Design "Modern Workspace" solutions.
- Support security minded solutions.
- Deploy complex architectures based on Microsoft Intune, Endpoint manager and 365 Defender center.
- Coordinate efforts to test and verify solutions for future implementation.
- Assist in developing standard processes and technical directions for Level 2 and Level 1 resources and provide Level 3 support for all End User computing solutions and services.
- This position is 95% telework.
Skills Required:
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Defender ATP.
- Experience with Server management including Virtualization.
- Experience with PowerShell or similar scripting language.
- Experience with Azure, Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Strong Excel skills to support reporting and data analysis duties.
- Experience with end user technology deployments and upgrades.
- Experience providing hands on PC and mobile support to end users.

- Experience collaborating with peers and managers to identify, manage and generate appropriate reporting and metrics standards based on deployments and management needs.
- The ability to be an active member and detailed oriented to solve problems by recommending outside-the-box cost effective solutions.
- Experience managing and administrating systems associated with software deployments, patches and scripts to a large enterprise environment.
- Experience with managing complex IT projects involving multiple teams or organizations.
- Experience tracking and resolving incidents via ticket queue.

Education:
- High school diploma/GED and 11 years IT experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field and 5 years IT experience.
Additionally, US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must. Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance. Verification of past employment, education and references is also required. It is imperative that candidates be either a US citizen or a current green card holder with the last 3 consecutive years as a resident of the US.
