A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to join our team in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. This position will provide Second Level Engineering for the AJW-163 NMT CM/PI/PM Team.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide Quality Control/Quality Assurance activities.
- Partially write and support the overall development and implementation of process re-engineering, quality, configuration management and business process modernization projects.
- Partially write and support the overall development of and/or provide quality reviews of task materials.
- Experience creating, editing, maintaining and providing feedback for process documentation.
- Experience in the collection, analysis and reporting of data to enable successful completion of project artifacts.
- Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office software products, especially Microsoft Project to create, maintain and analyze project schedules.
- Support weekly and/or monthly reporting of data to managers and project personnel.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required:
- Ability to route project and branch level documentation for upper management approval.
- Excellent writing and verbal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Specific training and/or certification in one of the following, iCMM, ISO, CM, or PMP is required.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge and experience with Safe Agile Principles and Practices.
- Ability to work on multiple projects/tasks concurrently.
- Familiar with application development life cycle and/or agile software development processes.
- Ability to learn new applications quickly, mostly through hands on use and mentoring by other Project Leads.
- Ability to identify potential project trends and risks to management.
Education:
- Associates degree with a minimum of 8 years process improvement experience OR
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of process improvement experience OR
- Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of process improvement experience.
Additionally, US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must. Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance. Verification of past employment, education and references is also required. It is imperative that candidates be either a US citizen or a current green card holder with the last 3 consecutive years as a resident of the US.
