Description
The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will drive lead acquisition, pipeline growth, and revenue for our technology solutions. This role is responsible for designing and implementing integrated campaigns, nurturing qualified leads, and optimizing performance across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, with a proven track record in B2B marketing and the ability to collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and external partners.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Demand Generation Strategy Develop, execute, and optimize a comprehensive demand generation strategy to achieve pipeline, revenue, and growth targets. Collaborate with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Campaign Development & Execution Create and manage integrated marketing programs—including email marketing, content syndication, webinars, paid media, and events—to drive new leads and nurture existing prospects. Craft compelling messaging and content in partnership with the Content Marketing team that resonates with target audiences and supports each stage of the buyer’s journey.
- Lead Management & Nurturing Define lead qualification criteria in conjunction with Sales, ensuring quality leads are passed over at the right time for follow-up. Manage lead scoring and nurturing workflows using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot), continually refining programs to increase conversion rates.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization Measure and analyze campaign performance using KPIs (e.g., lead volume, MQL to SQL conversion, cost per lead, ROI). Report findings to internal stakeholders and use insights to optimize and scale campaigns effectively.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work closely with Sales to ensure alignment on targets, campaign execution, and feedback loops. Partner with Product Marketing and Vendor / Channel teams to align solution offerings, content, and messaging to market needs.
- Market Research & Insights Stay current on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform campaign development and enhance demand generation initiatives. Evaluate and recommend new tactics, tools, and channels that can drive effective customer acquisition and engagement.
