Major Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation and Outreach : Identify and target potential customers in industries such as restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and retail businesses.
- Sales Presentations : Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations, showcasing Keenon’s robots' unique features and benefits.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends and customer pain points to effectively position Keenon robots as a solution.
- Negotiations and Contracts : Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements that meet company goals and client expectations.
- Tradeshow Representation : Represent Rota Technologies at trade shows, conferences, and other events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software, providing regular updates to management.

Education :
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field preferred. Relevant associate degree with significant sales experience may be considered.
Experience :
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, robotics, or automation. Demonstrated ability to develop new business, manage client accounts, and achieve sales targets. Experience with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
