Description
Service Technicians are involved with the design, build, and prove out of industrial equipment including robotic automation cells and industrial machine tools designed and built by Wauseon Machine.
Core Responsibilities :
- Perform service, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting for industrial equipment internally and at customer locations.
- Maintain a high level of communication with the Service Coordinator.
- Completely document service work using the WM established format.
- Provide information and assistance to aid in estimating new work.
- Provide training to internal and external customers.
- Provide phone support when not on active assignment.
- Perform a wide range of shop related tasks when not on active assignment.
- Complete assigned project work on time per the project schedule, within the project budget, and meet customer and WM requirements.
