Summary: The entry level Jr. Repair Technician, reporting to the Repair Manager, is directly responsible for disassembling, cleaning, inspecting and reassembling equipment.
Will assist and train in all areas of production. Will also assist in customer assistance and building maintenance.
Will assist with on-site Customer repairs and assist in pick-up and delivery of the repairs and/or components when needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in assembly of pumps, filter carts and skids.
• Receive repairs, list repair components after cleaning and inspection.
• Use computer to look up Customers, research parts, diagram, schematic, and manuals online.
• Reassemble the pumps and test.
• Tear down and clean pumps to prepare for reassembly.
• Assist with pump reassembly.
• Load & unload trucks.
• Pick-up and delivery of repairs.
• Pick-up and delivery of components and assemblies.
• Other duties as assigned.
Education/Skills/Experience
Required:
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Basic electrical knowledge.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel with some degree of confidence.
• Valid driver’s license with a record that allows you to be covered by company insurance.
• Ability to become DOT certified to drive company trucks.
Preferred:
• Forklift experience.
• Experience with Customer interaction.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift 50-75 LBS.
• Ability to stand or walk most of the day.
• Ability to twist and turn at least 25% of day.
• Stoop and bend at least 25% of day.
• Ability to reach above shoulders at least 25% of day.
• Repetitive hand and wrist movements at least 50% of the day.
• Forearm rotation at least 25% of the day.
