Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. As the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and driving revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of service. Experience with Hilton , Marriott or IHG brands is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest relations and improve overall customer service.
- Supervise and train hotel staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage budgeting processes, including forecasting revenue and controlling expenses.
- Monitor hotel performance metrics, including occupancy rates and average daily rates, to optimize revenue management.
- Maintain effective communication with guests to address concerns and ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
