Your Qualifications:

- Experience: 8 years in commercial construction, with a proven track record managing large-scale projects. Experience in public works, GC/CM, PDB, and K-12 construction is a plus. ">
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent. ">
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, BIM Models, Procore, and P6. ">
- Leadership Excellence: Strong mentoring and team-building capabilities. ">
- Strategic Acumen: Ability to identify and manage risks effectively while driving project success. ">
