Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle calls professionally and courteously.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry into our computerized system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Provide support in both English and Spanish to accommodate diverse customer needs.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or office environment.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with customer support software and computer systems.
- A positive attitude with a strong commitment to providing excellent service.
