For a small loan company based in Texas. The company was started in July of 1994 and has grown to 6 locations in Texas. In addition to offering unsecured, personal loans, the company also does Income Tax services.
Include providing administrative support to the team, managing schedules and calendars, handling correspondence and emails, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, processing and tracking expenses, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and performing general office tasks such as filing, and data entry. Quickbooks payroll, basic accounting, bank reconcilliations, Additionally, office admins may also be responsible for maintaining office supplies and equipment, handling confidential documents and sensitive information, and performing other miscellaneous tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
