Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment. They must be able to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals, obtain and maintain valid notary license, and possess basic Microsoft Office skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet all members and customers, determine their needs, and provide exceptional service.
- Reach sales and service goals for multiple AAA products and services, earning incentives along the way.
- Prepare and provide TripTik travel routings, marked road maps, tour books, and other travel-related materials.
- Issue passport photos and accept payments for various products, providing accurate change and receipts.
- Making hotel and car rental reservations for members, as well as providing travel destination information.
