As a membership organization first, you are responsible for Agency growth through Agent sales primarily in the Property and Casualty space along with membership sales. Accountable for agent activity primarily, assure sales goals are met or exceeded; recruit and onboard new insurance agents and assure compliance with AAA, agency, and insurance company guidelines, policy, and procedure; and to ensure all resources are properly allotted and utilized to maximize agency profitability. Must be able to work side by side with agents in a positive coaching and problem-solving approach. Creating a high energy sales culture.
As an Insurance Sales Distribution Manager you'll manage the Insurance Agency sales team to drive revenue and to provide a positive, professional image of AAA Hoosier Motor Club. Maintain efficient office operations of the insurance department and provide direct oversight of the field insurance agents. Ensures the department delivers excellent service to all members by identifying insurance product and service solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of insurance sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strategy Development: Hands on develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and market demands.
Knowledge: Act as an insurance sales & service subject matter expert answering questions, providing support, and assisting with developing solutions to problems
Training and Development: Coach and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge of insurance products.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to keep the company competitive and innovative.
Requirements
- Licensing: Must have an active Property & Casualty license.
- Experience: Must have 2 years of Sales Management experience. Insurance
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in sales team management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Solid understanding of the insurance market and regulatory requirements.
