Business Summary:
This position serves as a strategic liaison between AAA, Inc. and senior AAA club leadership, fostering strong relationships to support the successful implementation of initiatives at the club level. It is responsible for analyzing club performance data and collaborating with executives to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks within the evolving automotive landscape. The role actively contributes to the development and execution of Association-wide automotive strategy and planning efforts. It also leads the creation of tailored business plans for individual clubs and provides strategic guidance to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides on-site assistance for AAA clubs in the development of strategies to address opportunities and threats in the Automotive marketplace in which the club operates.
- Conducts research and prepares presentation materials to support the development of association strategic initiatives.
- Engages in relationship building with AAA club management and executives.
- Reviews club performance data and determines suggested improvement strategies.
- Assists clubs with financial performance analysis and ROI assessment for deployment of strategic initiatives.
- Reviews club performance and advises club management on Association quality standard compliance challenges.
- Facilitates the sharing of best practices between the association clubs, captures documents and communicates these practices in several different communication channels.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business operations, communications or related field and Seven (7) years relevant experience
- 50% travel is required.
Hiring Range: $78,040 - $98,330
In addition to the base salary, this position qualifies for participation in the company's Annual Incentive Plan.
