Position Overview: As a Client Success Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client needs, and coordinating with various departments to deliver outstanding results. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a client-facing role. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Reports to: Director of Client Services in Phoenix (DCS)
Salary Range: $24 - $26 an hour (DOE)
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a secondary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Communication: Facilitate timely and effective communication between client, account manager, and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve client issues, escalating to the DCS when necessary.
- Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and service agreements.
- Performance Monitoring: Track client satisfaction and service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and prepare for client meetings, including creating agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
- Support to DCS: Assist the Director of Client Services with administrative tasks, document preparation, and project coordination.
- Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client success, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- High school diploma; additional customer service or business administration qualifications are a plus.
